LOOKING FOR ABA THERAPY NEAR YOU?
“As a former behavior analysis graduate student collecting fieldwork hours for experience and satisfying the sitting requirements for the board, I have had my share of experiences with placements and supervisors. Of all of my supervisors, Tamesha Bland was the best by far! She takes the time to get to know your strengths in each area of the task list and focuses on helping you become more proficient in the areas that you're wanting to improve. Tamesha indicated that she had a great supervision experience herself so that experience helped shape how she provides supervision. Throughout our supervised contacts, I had the opportunity to capture "light bulb" moments, including "plus/delta" segments and lots of advice that I will use when I am able to mentor others one day. Thank you.”
