DMH In-Home Enrollment
If you are a case manager looking for a company that provide ABA services, who is also an approved provider for individuals supported through the DMH Medicaid Waiver Program and EMAP Project you can skip the back and forth emailing and enroll your client by clicking on the link to get things started and we will reach out to you for next steps! We accept clients ages 3 to 99.
